Dog Cruelty in Tbilisi 04/01/2018

According to the information published by Animal Monitoring Agency of Tbilisi City Hall, the agency received a notification that a dying injured dog required help on Tsalenjikhastreet, Tbilisi. An open wound and blood was visible on the back of the animal.

Mobile group of the agency was called. The animal was transferred to the municipal shelter. Urgent surgery was undertaken. Thanks to the shelter veterinarians the dog was saved.

Based on the information, the investigation has started.
