\"\"<\/a>On August 4, 2019, in Kutaisi, Choma, a person found a dead dog hanging on a tree.<\/p>\n

Video footage of the incident was spread through the social network Fasecook.<\/p>\n

As it is known, investigative bodies were informed the same day about this fact, which was followed by the departure of the expert criminals and police. Samples were taken from the place, the dog was taken forensic examination, and the person who took the video was questioned.<\/p>\n

An investigation is currently underway and other details are not yet known.<\/p>\n

It should be noted that animal cruelty has increased in Georgia.<\/span> Unfortunately, no one has been punished so far, which proves that the 'hardened' law is not working properly because the facts of its enforcement are not fixed.<\/span><\/div>\n
