Once there, Loma was diagnosed with demodicosis, fungus, and plague. As no one wished to care for Loma, the municipal shelter rule required him to be put down.<\/p>\n<p>However, GSPSA rescued the dog from the municipal shelter on 4 December and registered Loma und<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">er the organization. We are currently paying foster care for Loma and have started the treatment, which is expected to take 3 months.
